The following are our three (3) individually tailored Creative Commons Licenses that pertain to our free and customized programs. Tutorial information and free graphics are also subject to the Free Programs Creative Commons License as outlined below. Free Programs Creative Commons License

All programs distributed by Orglethorp Studios under this license may be modified and shared without restriction, so long as an Orglethorp logo is displayed on every applicable page with a link back to orglethorp-studios.com. The user sharing the program may not claim it as solely their work, but are welcome to attached their own “modified by” type of tag.

Orglethorp Studios provides free programs and other services on the condition that the programs / products are used ethically and are not used in such a way that they become closely associated with illegal activity. Any website owner wishing to use our programs that are caught using stolen content on their websites who do remove the offending content in a prompt and polite manner may also be asked to remove any Orglethorp programs from their sites and/or be prohibited from future use of Orglethorp services.

Users of free Orglethorp programs and other products who do not comply with our Free Programs Creative Commons License will be asked to remove the program from their website and prohibited from using our products in the future.

Users of free Orglethorp programs who do comply with our Free Programs Creative Commons License are entitled to free support for all current versions of the programs and other products in question. Service is limited to the program’s original content and features and does not pertain to modifications made by the user or a third party.

Should you modify an Orglethorp program and then give it to a third party, Orglethorp cannot be held responsible for any conditions of yours that the third party does not honour (for example, an additional “modified by” type tag after Orglethorp’s logo and link back).

If you are using a free Orglethorp program or other product you are compelled to follow this agreement, regardless of whether you obtained the program or product directly from Orglethorp Studios or from a third party.

If you do not like the default credit logo supplied with your free Orglethorp program, you may replace it with any one of these free alternative Orglethorp logo options.

Orglethorp Studios withholds the right to refuse distribution of and service for any discontinued or out dated free Orglethorp programs and other products.

 

Premium Programs Creative Commons License

All programs distributed by Orglethorp Studios under this license may be modified without restriction, so long as an Orglethorp logo is displayed on every applicable page with a link back to orglethorp-studios.com. These programs may not be shared.

If this linked credit is only display on one page, it must be the index. The user sharing the program may not claim it as solely their work, but are welcome to attached their own “modified by” type of tag.

Orglethorp Studios provides its programs and other services on the condition that the programs and products are used ethically and are not used in such a way that they become closely associated with illegal activity. Any website owner wishing to use our programs that are caught using stolen content on their websites who do remove the offending content in a prompt and polite manner may also be asked to remove any Orglethorp programs from their sites and/or be prohibited from future use of Orglethorp services. Of course, while we cannot compel users who have paid for completely customized programs (Tier B Customized Programs) to comply with this statement, users who have upgraded a partially customized program (Tier A Customized Programs) lose the right to claim this higher freedom license should they be found to be using an Orglethorp program in conjunction with illegal activity and can, therefore, be required to remove the program(s) in question.

Users of Tier B Customized Programs by Orglethorp who do not comply with our Customized Programs Creative Commons License will not be served in the future.

Users of Orglethorp programs who do comply with our Customized Programs Creative Commons License are entitled to free support for the program’s original content and features. This does not pertain to modifications made by the user or by a third party.
